MOA

Karen McLellan

Karen is originally from Wales and has been living in Canada for over thirty years. She has had the pleasure to be a member of the Centennial Health team for over ten years, with the majority of the time working as MOA for Dr Muller. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and taking walks with her husband and two dogs.

PCN Nurse

Lori Christie

Lori is a primary care nurse and supports Dr Muller. She has been with Centennial Health since it opened in 2011. She originates from the Medicine Hat area. Her nursing career started in Medicine Hat with the Victorian Order of Nurses and her experience has since included long term care and corrections. When Lori is not at work you find her spending time enjoying her family and many animals.

MOA

Natasha Sharpe

Natasha is a local girl that was born and raised in Brooks. She has been working as an MOA for Dr Harris for the last 7 years.  She loves working with the amazing team that we have built at Centennial Health. When she is not at work, you will find her at hockey games, baseball games or on the farm, helping her parents move cattle!

Office Manager

Rozelle Muller

Rozelle is the office manager, staff cheerleader, mom, etc! She is married to Dr Muller and moved to Canada in 2002 and has called Brooks home since 2007. She loves the team dynamic at the clinic as everyone is colleagues but more so a work family. She enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her family.

MOA

Natasha Caverly

Natasha has been with Centennial Health for just over a year. She mainly supports Dr van Staden as MOA. She has lived in Brooks for most of her life, originally from Salmon Arm, BC. She has 2 beautiful daughters who are both currently attending university. She enjoys camping & quadding in the mountains with her daughters and husband of 30 years.

Tammy Hanson

Tammy was raised in Brooks and has been here her whole life. She has been a part of the Centennial team since 2018 and loves the team dynamic. She is currently the MOA for Dr Vermeulen. When she is not at work you will find her spending time with her husband and 2 children. Most weekends you will find her at her son's hockey & lacrosse games!

PCN Nurse

Denise George

Denise has been with Centennial Health since 2018 and has been a Primary Care nurse for the last 12 years. She completed her RN training at the Foothills School of Nursing. She is a mother of two and grandmother of one...She loves spending time with her family, gardening & hiking in the mountains.

Support Team

Dakoda Bruder

Dakoda was raised in Twin Butte, Alberta, 15 minutes outside of Waterton. She attended Lethbridge college and worked as a health care aide while studying to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. She received her LPN diploma in 2020. She then worked at the brooks health centre for 3 years on the med/surg, maternity, and day surgery units. She came to the clinic in November of 2023, and is excited to be working with the wonderful team here at Centennial. Dakoda currently lives on an acreage and in her spare time you will find her helping on the farm, playing with her dog Remi, working in the garden, reading, running, and enjoying being outside.

Billing & Referrals

Kim Wales

Kim has been with Centennial Health for the last 5 years as the billing clerk and is also responsible for booking most of the referrals. Kimi grew up in British Columbia, but has called Brooks home for the last 23 years. She loves the diversity of the community. She is a pet mom of 2 cats and 2 dogs. Kim loves to read, cook & share Dad jokes on a daily basis as she loves to laugh!

The physicians and other health professionals at Centennial Health work closely together to improve your health. Other health professionals on our health care team includes a registered nurse, a dietitian and a behavioural health consultant. As members of the Palliser Primary Care Network (PCN), these health professionals stay abreast of current guidelines and best/ promising practices in Chronic Disease Management. As part of the care you receive, you can expect a thorough assessment of your condition, health counselling, education and – when necessary – referrals to other health care practitioners.
