Centennial Health opened in May 2011. When the clinic was planned, the whole process was geared toward creating an environment conducive to quality patient care. As physicians & staff, we try to achieve quality care for each and every one of our patients on a daily basis.

The physicians and other health professionals at Centennial Health work closely together to improve your health. Other health professionals on our health care team includes a registered nurse, a dietitian and a behavioural health consultant.

As members of the Palliser Primary Care Network (PCN), these health professionals stay abreast of current guidelines and best/ promising practices in Chronic Disease Management. As part of the care you receive, you can expect a thorough assessment of your condition, health counselling, education and – when necessary – referrals to other health care practitioners.
